Montan wax is a natural wax which is extracted from brown coal and is therefor a vegetable wax of fossil origin. Bleached or refined montan wax is produced out of crude montan wax and is available in different product types. It has unique properties in different application fields.

Main applications:
Releasing agents, lubricants, emulsions, pastes, shoe and car polishes, cosmetics, paper coatings, leather care products, paints and lacqucers, plastics, PVC lubrication, etc.
